Job description / Role
A top international law firm is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to work within their Dubai office, focusing on Corporate Structuring. The purpose of this job will be to assist a diverse range of clients both national and international as well as government and private entities with company formations and corporate structuring. A key part of this role will be establishing and maintaining successful relationships with an extensive range of contacts within the relevant authorities and ministries in the UAE. This exciting opportunity will allow the candidate to take advantage of the highly complex and interesting work that the firm undertakes and have a chance to contribute to the firm’s overall success in the ME.
The successful applicant will join a highly successful multi-cultural and dynamic team, having the support and mentorship of long term Partners and Associates. The standard of work within the firm is first class, and they appear top tier in many practice areas, therefore it is essential that the successful candidate has a hardworking attitude, keen eye for detail and someone who has the drive and passion to produce the same level of work. There will be constant interaction between departments therefore, the candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and most importantly be a strong team player.

Candidate Requirements
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) Essential
• International law firm or Corporate Services industry backgrounds only will be considered
• At least 2 years Corporate set up experience
• Knowledge of various government authorities
• Knowledge of legal research database such as Lexis Nexis/Westlaw – preferred
