Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a Paralegal to support their Finance Global Transactions Team in Dubai.

The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation of and attendance at Signings and Closings; Physical and virtual data room management; Due diligence assistance; Post transaction bible production; Document review; Assistance with billing and preparing first drafts of transaction documents, including fee letters, security agreements and other common finance documents.

Requirements

The firm is interested in speaking to an undergraduate degree (or equivalent), preferably a law degree or a non-law degree with Graduate Diploma in Law competed. Previous paralegal experience in an international law firm in the UAE. Office administration experience and strong IT Package skills (MS Office, InTapp, Visio, Intranet). Arabic language skills are advantageous.
