Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large holding company based in Dubai who is looking to hire an experienced Corporate / Commercial Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to gain high levels of exposure in a large organisation.
The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements. You will also produce guidelines and templates for business deals in order to assist the teams and provide them with legal knowledge to support the business. Additionally, you will manage and mitigate legal disputes to minimize risk to the company and employees.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be well presented, ambitious and have excellent writing and analytical skills. You should have 2-3 years' experience in a corporate/commercial environment and have extensive knowledge of UK laws. A Law Degree or equivalent is also essential for this position.
