Position Title: Paralegal - QSR
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An iconic international fast food brand

Job Description:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board materials and shareholder communications.
• Conduct legal research on various topics, including food safety, labor laws, and franchise regulations.
• Designs and drives the implementation of the appropriate framework to ensure that legal risks are identified and effectively managed throughout the company

• Open to Arabic Nationals, 40 years old and below
• Certificate or Degree in Law Studies.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in the QSR/food service industry
• Strong understanding of corporate, contract, labor, and franchise law with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
