As a result of continuous growth and development, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Paramedic to join our team of Medical professionals.

The successful Paramedic is responsible for providing emergency and primary healthcare to resort guests, visitors and colleagues. In addition, the successful Paramedic will also perform administrative duties pertaining to the provision of healthcare whilst perform secondary duties related to the general health and safety operations and programs of the Resort and Employee Residences as needed.

The following duties will also be undertaken in the role;
- To provide rapid intervention and incident management in the event of emergencies.
- To provide emergency medical care within the Resort and Employee residences.
- To assist with the implementation of the Resort and Employee Residence Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), with specific regard to sections pertaining to evacuation, triage, first aid and the role carried out by the paramedics.
- To maintain clear, accurate and updated documents pertaining to patient care, medical, healthcare and safety issues.
- To provide psychological crisis interventions and basic psychological counseling.
- To inspect and maintain all medical and first aid equipment and effect minor repairs if required.
- Checking of all medicines and equipment in Paramedic Bags.
- Prepare and present First Aid, CPR and AED training to colleagues in accordance with the training format of the Resort.

Requirements

- Must hold DCAS qualification.
- Must hold Medical Registration in home country in order to qualify.
- Must have the ability to deal with different types of people.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must hold previous experience as a Paramedic.
