Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Paramedics ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the First Aid Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly ensuring safety and managing risk.

As a Paramedic with us you will be managing the daily operation of First Aid and ensuring compliance with all Procedures, safety regulations, excellent Guest service and highest possible presentation standards by the Paramedics team.

In the event of a stressful or serious incident you will required to stay alert and ready to respond accordingly.

You will provide intermediate life support to Guests or Colleagues in need of medical care in accordance with the scope of practice provided by Farah Experiences. Carry out leasing of outside medical facilities and follows up on Guests and Colleagues, transferred or admitted.

Job Scope:
- Treatment of guests, colleagues and contractors as required by the business operation.
- Recovery of guests following injury in the park where required.
- Ensure that all safety rules and procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Ensure a clean and safe operating environment and raise any defects to their managers attention
- Ensure all departmental checklists i.e. opening and closing checklists are being consistently completed, any required follow-up action is initiated and forms/records are being filed appropriately
- Any other related duties as assigned by the department
- Plan, book and deliver on and off job training as required to ensure best possible service standards as well as Colleague development
- Openly communicate appropriate and useful information through various channels to include department meetings and briefings
- Ensure any service delivery defects are resolved and identify any trends and share observations and suggestions with their manager
- Review accuracy of any checklists and records completed in their area and analyze
- Coordinate any inventory/stock take activities required in their area ensuring sufficient stock remains on hand at all times and reducing stock loss/wastage
- Participate in daily operations alongside their Colleagues setting a positive example
- Foster a harmonious atmosphere among Colleagues in their area and brings team members together through team activities
- Raising purchase requests and subsequently following up on approvals, delivery and payment
- Keeping the relevant stationary stock for the department and handling stationary requisitions as required
- Handling any filing required in the department and ensuring the necessary documents and records are updated and filed correctly
- Updating any regular trackers, excel sheets or reports
- Raising service requests for maintenance required in the department
- Any other admin work as required by the department

Requirements

- Valid HAAD UAE Paramedic license or prepared to go through the licensing process EMT-Intermediate
- Hold the following certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS
- Minimum of two years post qualification experience
