Job description / Role
- Promote the school by identifying PR opportunities with the Central Office Marketing Team
- Attend external events, school community events and meetings – report on events using the schools communication channels
- Facilitate parent support group meetings
- Ensure that new parent interaction and requests are recorded on the Focus CRM system
- Deal with non-academic school issues that parents or parent groups may raise
- Measure and report on how the parent experience supports Taaleem’s brand promise using Exceed
- Deal with initial parent concerns, record and report to the Principal.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related discipline or industry standard qualifications and or experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer related role
Competencies:
A sound understanding of the culture of the UAE as well as excellent communication skills. The ability to reach out to the wider community and families to gain trust and support them as they seek to enrol their children in the school. They should have a comprehensive knowledge of the school curriculum as well as the regulations that govern schools such as KHDA/ADEC compliance.
Attributes:
Bi-lingual language skills in English and Arabic will support this role. Highly developed interpersonal skills and a desire to help families with empathy and sound advice.
