Job description / Role
We have an exciting opportunity for qualified Park Instructors (Full-Time) to join our dedicated Team at Aventura Parks.
Responsibilities will encompass:
- Welcome customers, prepare them to take part on ropes course activities, fitting them with harness and PPE
- Demonstrating the proper use of the systems, training customers on safety procedures
- Monitoring the Park to insure customers are following safety procedures, to assist them where necessary, and for senior Instructor positions, carry out rescue and first aid when necessary, if certified to do so.
- Assist with Customer enquires and bookings, and insure customers have a great experience according to company outlined processes and procedures
- Perform equipment checks, course maintenance, depending on instructor level
Requirements
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must communicate clearly in English.
- High Ropes experience, or Vertical Works, or Climbing experience
- Additional First Aid skills for senior positions
- Additional Ability to perform Rescues on High Ropes at height
- Must have great energy, positive and enthusiastic attitude
