Administration and customer service roles - Al Futtaim Logistics

Al Futtaim Automotive is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Logistics team based in Jebel Ali Free Zone:

What you will do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities
• Manage documentation, data entry, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as required

What we’re looking for:

• UAE national with family book (mandatory)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Customer service experience is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
• High school diploma or higher
