Job description / Role
The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Requirements
Our client is specifically looking for a UAE National with outstanding communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards. Proactivity, good administrative skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are vital. Working 5 hours a day pro rata.
