Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, business driven, customer-oriented Sales Account Manager to be a dynamic member of the Xerox Channels Team. The role would suit someone that can confidently grow and build a pipeline of profit meeting stringent sales targets, through dynamic joint-sales relationships with partners or distributors.

The job requires a mid to senior-level Account Manager with an already strong network, who can formulate a strategy for sales engagement with the customer, coordinating all necessary resources to ensure revenue and sales targets are being met. The key accountabilities for the role are:

• Partner Profiling - Maintaining a comprehensive account profile which includes detailed information on existing and targeted partners, partner-customer account information and contact building.
• Channel Mapping - Exercise channel mapping through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's operations, costs and trace product flow. Then leverage and generate information which will help create a sales strategy.
• Recruiting Partners - Determine targeted markets and coverage gaps. Sell Xerox business propositions and recruit partners within these gaps. Develop business and marketing plans and manage relationships.
• Provide continuous support to all channel partners and remedy any problems that may come your way.

To qualify for this role, you need to have:

• At least 4 years sales experience in the U.A.E or genreal region
• An undergraduate degree from a reputable university
• Very strong organisational skills, be self-motivated and a good planner
• Be able to work independently whilst also being a part of a team
• Be relatively well-networked
• Have a valid U.A.E driving license
