Job description / Role
We are presenting seeking an experienced and confident level Banking and Finance Lawyer, who's at Partnership level, to help manage and grow a legal team in Dubai, UAE.
The firm in question possess and extraordinary network and platform in which to develop with multiple departments through out the GCC.
As a result any senior lawyer taking on this position will have a full back office team in which to support them including admin, marketing and business development.
Requirements
Chosen candidates will be expected to:
- Have a proven track record in high level financial transactions in the GCC
- Confident in their client retention ability
- Proven business model that they are confident can be utilised in this new opportunity
- Ideally admitted in a recognised Western Jurisdiction
- Confident with managing (and ideally) building upon a team
Salary will be partially dependent on the business plan and how confident applicants would be in implementing this.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
