Synopsis
The key purpose of this role is to support the development and management of strategic alliances within the hospitality and travel sector. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential partners, coordinating partnership agreements, and ensuring smooth execution of collaborative initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Account management
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new hotel and car rental partners to expand the company's network.
- Support negotiations and execution of partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing partners, addressing concerns and optimizing collaborations.
- Coordinate joint marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance partner engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in analyzing partnership performance and provide reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with partnership objectives.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
- Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of hotel and car rental partners.
Administration
- Support building ROI business cases with finance to run campaigns and launch partnerships.
- Reconcile with accounts receivable and ensure revenue is collected appropriately.
- Analyze data to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal to support and manage partner contracts.
- Support in onboarding partners through contract drafting and registration.
Partner growth & promotions
- Work effectively with retail partners to reach growth targets in the budget.
- Create and monitor campaign performance (calculate ROI, profit, and uplift).
- Collaborate with marketing and partners to promote partnership through own and partner channels.
- Seek new strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio.
Education & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and other relevant platforms.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing external partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
