About the Client:
An international restaurant brand in Dubai, serving traditional Japanese fusion cuisine

Job Description:
- Prepare variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods following recipes and seasonal menu changes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels for pastry ingredients

- 38 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef
- Experience working in a high-end restaurant in UAE is highly preferred.
