Position Title: Pastry Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation and accomodation
Job Location: Al Ain, UAE

About the Client:

Job Description:
-Create and execute a seasonal dessert menu that reflects the restaurant’s style.
-Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every item.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and a smooth flow during service hours.
-Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.

• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old below
• Preferably with a degree in culinary or any relevant certifications
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef (Japanese cuisine) or in a similar role in a restaurant or bakery/coffee shop within UAE
• Must have strong knowledge and experience of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
