Position Title: Pastry Chef (Central Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Classy and trendy high-end casual dining restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating at City Walk and Blue waters. Serves international Cuisine, also serves breakfast, mains, salads, pastries and cakes and specialty coffees
Job Description:
- Understands, prepares, and executes various baking methods for pastries, cakes, and breads
- Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
- Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
- Prepares professional standard recipe
- Produces high quality dish both design and taste wise
- Responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices
Requirements
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Diploma or any related certifications in culinary or hospitality management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably from catering, cloud kitchen or central kitchen pastry section
- Good experience in culinary arts with expertise in baking
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
