Position Title: Pastry Chef (Central Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
- Understanding, preparation and execution of various baking methods for pastries, cakes and breads,
- Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
- Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
- Prepare professional standard recipe
- Produce high quality dish both design and taste wise
- Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationals
- Male/Female, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications
- At least 5 years of experience from catering, cloud kitchen or central kitchen
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
