Are you a pastry artist who loves to teach and inspire? We’re on the lookout for a talented Pastry Chef Instructor to join a renowned training academy in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for pastries and a flair for sharing knowledge, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver practical and interactive pastry-making classes to aspiring chefs.
• Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and demonstrations aligned with the course structure.
• Teach a wide range of pastry skills—from classic techniques to modern trends.
• Assess students’ progress and provide guidance to help them grow.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional learning environment.
• Keep up with industry trends and incorporate them into your lessons

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Professional experience as a Pastry Chef, ideally in a high-end kitchen or culinary school.
• Background in training, coaching, or mentoring is a big plus.
• A culinary degree or professional pastry certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable teaching style.
• Passionate about food, people, and empowering future culinary talent.
• Willing to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, 5 days a week.
