Job description / Role
Pastry Chef up to 14K AED for a Fine Dining Restaurant in AUH
Job Description:
• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
• Apply health and safety regulations according to the recommended current standards
• Prepare desserts for service and ensure they are correctly presented
• Check the quality of the food produced
• Supervise and ensure the monitoring and management of supplies and stock
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Maintain good teamwork within the department
Requirements
Position: Pastry Chef
Salary: up to 14,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Candidate Profile:
• Open to any nationality, preferably French speaker
• Male or Female, below 40 years old
Education/Experience Required:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• At least 4 years of experience as Pastry Chef
• Strong background in making French pastries
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
• Detailed oriented and able to make decisions quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Leadership and time management skills
