Job description / Role
About the Client:
The client is one of the leading retail & franchise operations company based in the Middle East.
Job Role:
• Ensure quality standards are achieved while following all company safety and production procedures and policies
• Monitor and control waste in the station and continuously participating on the improvement initiatives within the kitchen
• Provide quality pastries and in accordance to the customers expectation/standards
• Report any concerns relating to operation and functionality of food safety measures
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 43 years old and below
• High school diploma or any relevant certifications
• With at least 2 years working experience in Pastry in an F&B establishment / Hotel
• Experience with Asian Cuisine is a plus
• Certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene, HACCP / PIC certificate is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
