Job description / Role
Will lead the opening team of an upscale American Restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Must be adept at creating showpieces in chocolate and sugar elements
Able to create restaurant quality dessert presentations consistently in a high volume operation
Will report to Corporate Executive Pastry Chef
Location is in Khalifa A City, Abu Dhabi
Salary up to 13,750 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements
Open to MALE candidates, INDIAN or SRI LANKAN
With Culinary Arts Diploma / Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or in 5 Star Hotel / Renowned Pastry Shop
With strong sense of responsibility, maturity and professional ethics
Great leadership skills
Able to join in a maximum of 1 month
