Patient Relations Officer / Counselor or Medical Translator required

Requirements:
- Provides patient relations service to promote better patient relations.
- Manages and coordinates activities involved in scheduling VIP patients' booking and to ensure VIP patient handling is optimal.
- Attend patients and guests on formalization rounds of the hospital's facilities.
- Patient Relations Officer / Counselor or Medical Translator required in Abu Dhabi.
- Candidate with 2-5 years of experience in customer service role preferably in healthcare setup or related.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Should have Arabic Nationality Bilingual.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Graduate or any Bachelors degree
- 2 to 5 years experience in the service industry

Skills:
- Knowledgeable ideas about hospital services.
- Pleasing personality and telephone manners.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good oral and written communication skills Arabic and English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain cooperative working relationships and team effort in achieving objectives.
- Ability to perform as a team member in a multidisciplinary group.
