General Cashier/ Paymaster

- You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential financial duties to support your team.

What you will be doing:

- Daily general cashiering, handling petty cash and management of cash floats.
- Daily banking and related work
- Maintaining confidentiality in regards to payroll related information
- Follow up with T&C department in regards to attendance records
- Monthly payroll processing
- Ensures the accuracy of vacation leaves, EOS (end of service), and air ticket entitlements and accruals are in accordance with the T&C document and employee's agreement.
- Maintaining the payroll system and making recommendation for improvements
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Degree/ Diploma in accounting
- Knowledge on Opera, Paytrax (payroll system), Sun, Vision
- MS and Excel proficient
- At least three (3) years experience in similar role
