As we enter the new year, we’re expanding our team to keep up with our exciting growth. We’re on the hunt for a talented Payment and Reconciliation Clerk who’s ready to bring their expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role will be pivotal in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day and weekly responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:
- Raise invoices and reconcile incoming transactions in Xero
- Perform multiple daily pay runs with precision
- Manage office hours from 10 AM to 6 PM

Weekly Tasks:
- Handle billing and reconcile expenditures with accuracy
- Tackle a monthly bonus checklist to unlock bonus eligibility

- Proficiency in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent English communication skills, especially on the phone
- A detail-driven, team-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and grow.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Overtime Pay of 1.5x, Monthly Bonus, Comprehensive Training
