Employment: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities

- Product management support for e-com and retail

- Day-to-day management and resolution of payment service affecting incidents and exceptions e.g. fraud, rejections, and refunds

- Management of 3 rd party service provider in partnership with Alshaya/Brand

- Payments Data & Reporting

- Support the identification, management and resolution of payment service affecting incidents and/or exceptions e.g. fraud, rejections, and refunds.

- When approving refunds/rejections this are checked for accuracy and in line with the Alshaya/Brand policy

- Correspond and liaise with Payment's service providers/Partners through email and calls, to resolve issues as quickly as possible, escalating issue to LM's when required.

- Solving issues and/or helping Senior Product Managers in delivering our Digital Payment Strategy.

Requirements

- Ensure ongoing issues are investigated and work with the relevant teams for resolution.

- Ensuring any delayed payments/incidents are raised in a timely manner, while continuing to support through to resolution

- Develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Alshaya payments services strategy, scope as well as mechanics and solid understanding of payments products and Service providers products

- Actively seek to improve processes, workflows, and tooling

- Ensure all critical tasks are completed and deadlines achieved

- Collaborate with other relevant teams to ensure payments are not delayed and cut-off times are achieved, ensure all reconciliation breaks or issues are investigated and resolved in an efficient manner.

- Digital Payments data & reporting periodically sent to internal stakeholders. Identify and leverage multiple data points to extract and summarize actionable insights.
