Payments Recovery Officer

Guildhall is proud to be representing one of Dubai’s most up-and-coming real estate developers in their search for a Payments Recovery Specialist. This role focuses on tracking, managing, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage overdue payments, ensuring timely recovery from clients.
- Develop and implement effective collections and recovery strategies while maintaining professionalism.
- Handle negotiations and dispute resolution to facilitate successful payment agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, payment arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related concerns and enhance collection processes.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for tracking and managing client interactions.

- 5+ years of experience in recoveries or collections within the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and communication skills.
- Excellent email writing and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
- European female candidates preferred due to client demographic requirements.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
