Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To administrate Payroll for ME unit (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and KSA, Oman, Turkey Offices.)
• To manage the payroll software implementation and other system’s interfaces
• To ensure any change in the payroll is calculated accurately, and reflected in HRTF
• To prepare the payroll for each country timely, and secure approvals and upload prior to the deadlines
• To align with Finance on the reconciliation of payroll and benefits
• To keep necessary paperwork filed and accessible
• To coordinate with the HR Teams entries and departures
• To coordinate with the HR Team the different salary cycles
• To liaise with other Payroll Colleagues in case of transfer of employees
• To assist in the remuneration and compensation review calculations
• To ensure effective tracking and payment of employee benefits
• To provide advice regarding local regulation of benefits for Middle East
• To track accurately each benefit the company provides and follow policies and procedures
• To track and administer sign on, performance and guaranteed bonuses
• To coordinate the payment of ALT, housing and schooling allowances
• To manage exit Process (includes FS calculations, preparation of termination agreement coordination of exit interview)
• To manage employee benefits single payments entries and document these payment
• To coordination with other HR’s for benefits for Global Mobility employees
• To assist in life insurance and health insurance renewal process and be the go to person for all insurance related matter
• To working closely with the benefits committee to ensuring that all issues related to compensation and benefits are addressed
• To track all employee’s leave balance and coordinate with staffing as required
• To assist employees with any benefit related queries and issues
• Taxes and local regulations
• To prepare tax reporting for employees on expat contracts and coordinate with Global Mobility team to clarify compensation data
• To initiate and monitor taxation process for GCC employees
• To liaise with the necessary governmental functions in order to provide necessary documentation in relation to GOSI
• Reporting & other tasks
• To manage HRIS system and keeping it up to date by timely data entries
• To monitor HR inbox, follow up on Employee queries and liaise with other parties as required
• To assist - with other team members in monthly reporting for regional HR report
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date salary benchmark reports
• To run monthly HR reports on compensation and benefits
• To collate and analyse current market trends on Comp & Ben and advice the HR manager about new initiatives for the company
• To benchmark and Identify market trends to ensure our competitiveness in the market for employee benefits
• To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role
• To assist with sufficient cover for other members of the HR team

Requirements

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai with at least 4 years experience compensation and benefits in a multinational environment. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and approachable demeanour.

• Professional spoken and written business English communication
• Demonstrated in-house payroll, HRIS, reporting and HR analysis experience of at least 4 years
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law
• Analytical thinking, consultative skills and project management experience
• Ability to build strong relationships and develop credibility
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any Finance or HR related field
• Currently based in Dubai
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
