Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duration: Permanent Contract

Reporting to: HR Business Support Manager

Objectives:
- Ensuring that the payroll processes are complete in the stipulated time period.
- Completing the entire payroll reconciliation and play an advisory role to ensure budget adherence.
- Play a vital role in development of the annual manpower budget.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Masters Degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in UAE in a mid-management level handling payroll or allied activities.
- Exposure to manpower budgeting process is vital
- Must be aware of the UAE labor laws

Specialist knowledge: Payroll Accounting, Budgeting, UAE Labor laws
Age Range: 35-45
