Payroll Specialist

Job description / Role

Payroll Processing
- Exporting all the attendance in the TAS- System (for the last month attendance), then sending it on the 1st day of the month to all (Cinemas and Head office).
- Checking all the attendance sheet, Overtime form and PH extra off for all and preparing OT.
- Preparing the Salary Sheets (Cinemas and Head Office)
- Providing / sending all the approved request to Finance / supporting documents for the Salaries.
- Lead and Develop payroll system across all grade levels and territories.
- Work with HRD on bonuses and salary reviews.
- Provide reports to HRD as and when required.
- Pro actively make positive changes and suggestion on Payroll and company’s compensation and Benefits.
- Work with HRD and HR Team on any HR assigned projects.

Medical Reimbursement
- Processing Medical Claims/Reimbursements when required by liaising with Finance and HR Team member.

Business Trip Processing
- Arranging flight details & Hotel accommodation for those employees going on a business trip, checking the per diem allowance entitlement. Process the BT Form- getting all the approvals, coordinating with Finance department then encoding it to the system.

Travel Arrangements
- Arranging Air Tickets for all staff-Proceeding on vacation, new joiners, and cancelled staff
- Arranging hotel accommodations for newly hired staff
- Arranging Visas
- Preparing payment voucher for all Tickets, Hotel & Visa issued / expense. (endorsing it to Procurement and Finance)

Requirements

- 4-6 years of Payroll experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and related field.
- Strong HR and support orientation skills
- Strong knowledge in HR Database Management Systems, i.e. Navision and others
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Candidate must be a self-starter and independent, yet function as an integral part of a team.
