Pediatrics Specialist / Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatrics Specialist/Consultant to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric medicine and a commitment to providing exceptional care to children of all ages. This role requires a deep understanding of pediatric health issues, a proactive approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. As a Pediatrics Specialist/Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding families through complex health decisions while contributing to the overall mission of improving children's health outcomes in our community.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform routine check-ups, immunizations, and health screenings to monitor growth and development

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with special training in Pediatrics from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician, with a strong emphasis on clinical practice and patient care.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a wide range of pediatric conditions, including chronic illnesses, acute infections, and developmental disorders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare system in the UAE, including regulations, practices, and patient care pathways.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in pediatric healthcare.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
