Penetration Tester

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an information security consultancy who is looking to hire a Penetration Tester to join their team.

You will report to the Department Head and be responsible for penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across assigned projects. Your main responsibilities will be to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, populating the VA / PT knowledge base whilst updating company guidelines with newly added attacks and procedures. You will also be responsible for network architectural review, software assurance audits, platform and network based configuration reviews.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree and have at least 5 years experience as penetration tester / security auditor. You should also have programming technologies experience, the language is not important, however you will require the ability to adapt when necessary. It is essential you are a team player and have strong presentation skills.
