Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Pension System Administrator (UAE National) to be based in Dubai office. Responsibilities include;
- Update member's records accurately with new information such as change of address
- Answer the Pensions requests providing accurate and timely information to members in a positive manner
- Prioritise your daily workload to ensure all service levels are met
- Produce high quality accurate work
- Recommend improvements to standard processes and documentation
- Keep up to date with any relevant process changes
- Produce and validate routine letters, reports and forms from systems, templates and mail merge
Requirements
Skills / Qualifications
- A basic understanding of pension schemes in the UAE but not essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and access databases
- Good communication skills
- An ability to organize and prioritize your day to day workload
- High school certificate
