Job description

Under the general guidance of the Director of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager, assist in the smooth day to day running of the People & Culture Department and be responsible for departmental coordination and administrative support.

Responsible for the new Heartists onboarding process including P&C policies introduction, legal documents, locker allocation, job description, name badge, uniform, fingerprint, hotel ID, and other related tasks.

Maintain and update all Heartists’ personal files as per Accorhotels requirements.

Provide guidance to Heartists for bank account opening and other related bank issues.

Assist the Learning & Quality Manager with training-related activities as well as support P&C Executives with administrative processes.

Attend trainings and meetings as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the Indian context
