Job description / Role
As the People and Culture Manager you will be responsible for the full HR cycle with an emphasis on high volume recruitment and installing a friendly working environment for all employees.

Description
The key responsibilities will be:
- Mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resource functions
- Building the core people and operational process to set employees up to succeed
- Building on the talent development programme
- High volume recruitment for mainly blue collar staff
- Make strategic and market data driven decisions
- Ensuring a safe environment for people to work in
- Delivering the day to day HR activities including on boarding, contracting and the full employee life cycle
- Maintain, update and improve workplace health and safety

Requirements
The successful candidate will have/be:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a people/HR based role
- Strong recruitment experience dealing with high volume
- Experience personally implementing new strategies to develop a stronger company culture/ a better working environment
- Confident and outgoing
- A people person
- Previous experience managing the full HR Cycle
