About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People & Talent Intern to support our recruitment and operations teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and day-to-day operational activities within a fast-paced recruitment firm.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
• Support job posting and employer branding activities.

Operations Support
• Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
• Support onboarding documentation and compliance processes
• Help with data entry, audits, and internal coordination
• Assist in streamlining internal processes and workflows

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google tools
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
