Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company in the UAE is for a Performance and Condition Monitoring Team Lead to join their team in Dubai.
As a Performance and Condition Monitoring Team Lead, you will be part of a senior member of the production team providing technical guidance to the offshore maintenance and production operations team in relation to all offshore rotating equipment. You are expected to provide expertise and leadership in condition and performance monitoring issues. You will be responsible as well for the review of the Client’s condition and performance monitoring techniques, implementation of up-to-date monitoring technology and increasing performance and reducing downtime.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, ideal candidate must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering or scientific discipline, ideally including thermodynamics, compression systems or a least mechanical engineering. Candidate must have at least 5 years minimum experience in a condition and performance management role, with strong background in gas turbines and compressor performance evaluation. Strong English communication skills is highly essential for this role and experience in the use of Oracle management system would be an advantage.
