As a Performance Management Senior Specialist you will drive strategic alignment between organisational goals and employee performance. This role is key to implementing effective performance frameworks, competency assessments, and development planning across the organisation.

Description

* Develop and implement performance management programs and goal-setting processes
* Align organisational objectives with employee KPIs and development plans
* Support competency framework implementation and assessments
* Analyse performance data and recommend improvement strategies
* Coordinate with Learning & Development on training and development initiatives
* Prepare performance reports and support change management efforts
* Contribute to continuous improvement of performance systems and tools
