Performance Marketing Specialist

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

- Perform digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, PPC, paid/organic social, affiliates, among others)
- Assist in the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition strategies
- Gather and report key insights and performance metrics of marketing campaigns
- Keep abreast of latest market trends and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant course
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in the same capacity or similar role, in a high performance environment
- Experience in digital performance marketing, e-commerce, mobile app marketing
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office – advanced Excel is a priority
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent level written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic speaker (advantage)
