Job description / Role
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
A performance media executive is in charge to Build, manage and develop Ecommerce transactional media strategy, including recruitment, traffic building, and boosting online sales, all while ensuring the perfect brand expression and online consumer journey.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops yearly digital media strategy aligned with overall sales objectives
• Create and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online
• Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, DPVR, conversion rate, profit optimization)
• Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies
• Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy
• Identify new Ecommerce Media trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
• Manage Media campaign, monitor and present performance compared to objectives set in place
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
• Working closely with management to share full funnel strategy, performance & improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 4 Years’ experience in Digital Media: Search, Programmatic & Social
• Dashboarding, KPIs Analysis & Recommendation
• Team play mindset
• CPG, beauty experience is a plus
