Job description / Role
Our client is an international construction company that works on regional and international projects with its Head Office in Abu Dhabi. They are hiring a dedicated Personal Assistant who will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. The candidate should be have;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
- Proven experience working with confidential and sensitive information;
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and diplomacy;
- Proven ability managing complex projects in a very challenging, high volume setting where deadlines and priorities change;
- High level of attention to detail
Requirements
- With Minimum 3 Years Experience
- Excellent Excel Skills, experienced with MS Word
- Have a valid UAE Driving License.
- Be willing to travel within the UAE.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Be wiling to work extra hours.
- Be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi.
