Job description / Role
An FMCG Company based in Dubai is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide admin support to senior management team.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
• Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Compiling those analyzed information and preparing reports and presentations
• Maintain manager/executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Provide documentation reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording minutes of the meeting
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and stakeholders
• Other required tasks to support senior management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or other related major
• At least 3 years of relevant experience providing admin support to senior level management
• Well versed in MS Office application
• Good command in English for both oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
