Job description / Role
Irwin & Dow are working in partnership with a company that is a significant presence in their field, in order to source an experienced Personal Assistant who will support the CEO in all aspects of his private life; reporting to the Executive Assistant who manages the CEO office.
This is a fantastic and diverse role and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, capable and willing to work as part of a team. They will be able to carry out duties which require strict confidentiality, a high attention to detail and will be confident in dealing with colleagues, of all levels, from across the business. They will be used to prioritising their workload to meet conflicting demands on their time and have a collaborative approach, working in synergy with the EA to ensure seamless calendar management between corporate and private responsibilities.
As stated, this supports all the private and family demands of this incredibly busy individual and will encompass all the organisation of family travel; complex itineraries that need to be managed with efficiency, ensuring the CEO’s time is always used effectively. There will be full personal diary maintenance, general private and financial administrative support, adhoc research tasks, management of the driver and adhoc tasks relating to the office and the personal household.
The successful candidate must possess at the minimum a high school diploma, based on the requirements of our client and possess the confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels and be able to work with minimum supervision. Highly self-motivated, with good cultural and local knowledge, candidates will be fully IT literate with strong social media skills.
This role will suit and a Personal Assistant who is in the earlier years of their career, looking to move into their second role. Ideally you will have had three years of experience in a junior PA role and are seeking further responsibility.
