Swisslinx Middle East is working with an Engineering company in Fujairah who are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with the general manager.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Coordinates inter-departmental work projects
- Maintaining the general manager’s schedule
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Recording and transcribing meeting minutes
- Handle the general manager’s personal and business correspondence, including emails and memos
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Organizational abilities
- Fluent in English and Russian
