Job description / Role
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Restaurant bookings.
• Organizing personal events.
• Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing day to day schedules.
• Flexible with daily travels and travel internationally as well.
• Knowledge on Microsoft word, Excel and power point.
Requirements
• Candidate must be well groomed.
• Knows how to work under pressure.
• She must be a quick thinker, have the ability to multitask.
• Must be super organized and have good communication skills.
• She must pay attention to details, a problem solver and a hard working person.
