Job description / Role
This is a unique Private Office for an UHNW businessman; a boutique office environment, located in prestigious and highly luxurious offices in Abu Dhabi. The private office looks after the personal business interests, family assets globally and the philanthropic activities of the principle. Primarily, the PA will be based in the corporate office in Abu Dhabi but there will be international travel required with the principle.
Private Office is a specific sector and hence we will only consider applicants that can demonstrate experience and understanding of this. You must be very familiar working with UHNWI’s and be able to provide both effective personal and corporate support and solid strategy and business acumen. There will be considerable diary and travel management across numerous countries, managing several private jets, and also involving the private charter of jets. Hence, it is imperative that candidates have previous experience in this area and a strong contact base. Additionally, there will be international liaison with other private PAs for the wider family who are all based globally and the position reports to the family’s Chief of Staff.
The role is responsible for the principal’s day to day, including ensuring full meeting set up, lunches, dinners, corporate travel, liaison with the drivers and security teams and ensuring he has full briefings and research on everyone he is meeting. This is a role that specifically manages all the protocol and the full movement of the principle on a day-to-day basis and is most certainly not a 9-5pm role.
Requirements
We are seeking someone who has gravitas, always maintaining professionalism and discretion. Attention to detail is paramount and candidates will be able to look at the minutiae details through to the bigger picture in all areas.
The successful applicant will be an intrinsic part of the organisation and form part of this incredibly close knit and long serving team; the principal is highly regarded and respected by his staff. Resourceful and structured with a natural ability to present solutions to issues before and as they arise, candidates will have the ability to work conscientiously with operational efficiency. Client confidentiality will be imperative, and the candidate will have significant trust placed in them.
Our client will only consider those candidates who are fluent in Russian and English. Additionally, fluency in Turkish and / or Arabic would be beneficial.
