Job description / Role
On behalf of our prestigious, UHNW client we are hiring an experienced Personal Assistant to take over core responsibility of the day-to-day management of the family’s life. This will include managing the maintenance and any interior design/ refurbishment requests of the property, staff management, full hiring responsibility, private event management, research and personal shopping, travel and diary management and with strong knowledge and background in the procurement of fine art and antiques.
Additionally, the role will provide business support with personal investments, liaising with lawyers, the investment team and will support the principal across a full business spectrum. Hence, the role will be based between the corporate family office and from the house.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of working within this unique sector and who understands luxury and the demands associated with these positions. The family often travel by private jet as well as commercial and the PA will be financially aware and be able to offer the best solutions in terms of costing and flexibility, offering tailormade solutions to problems. Research on difficult to source items, will be paramount and candidates should have strong international and current knowledge with regards to hotels and restaurants internationally. A strong black book of contacts is expected.
The role will be the interface between the principal family and extended family members, with support required adhoc for specific requests. The PA will be required to manage priorities and ensure they understand the hierarchy within the family and manage these requests accordingly. The individual will be expected to have strong managerial and reporting qualities and oversee the schedules of the drivers and nannies in coordination with the children’s schedules.
