Job description / Role
We are urgently looking for an ARABIC Female to fill the post of Personal Assistant / HR Coordinator to be based in Al Ain.
The following responsibilities are:
- Assisting the General Manager on a day to day basis, ensuring that the schedule of the GM is well informed and coordinated to the different departments, and covering all the appointments with clients and important personalities.
- The candidate regularly checks the emails and other correspondences and relays important matters accordingly, and replying to all emails with all propriety.
- The candidate has to anticipate the personal needs of the GM related to work and business and make all necessary arrangements to effect all these in a smooth and seamless manner.
- Assist HR in all the activities of the department, in recruitment, processing of payroll, managing employees grievances, planning and executing training and development programs, sick leave and annual leave management, processing of medical insurance, and performing administration jobs.
- The candidate is expected to perform other HR duties and assist the PRO in relation to visa processing and other needed governmental requirements related to the employment of candidates.
Requirements
The candidate must have these minimum skills and requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in HR preferably, otherwise a graduate of any business course
- At least 3 years related work experience
- Can do multi-tasking jobs; shows strong determination and consistency against work
- Good command of Arabic and English languages; both oral and written
- Can work with high level of confidentiality
