Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well respected, privately owned international charity business that specialises in many humanitarian and environmental issues facing the world today. They have a fantastic opportunity to recruit an experienced Western Educated Personal Assistant/Project Coordinator to support the Founder so this role will require a strong candidate with previous experience working within a similar professional environment.

The main Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Extensive diary management, both social and business related, liaising with senior people and consultants from different business and charity organisations
- Property management, liaising with estate agents and other external contractors
- Personal assistance to the Founder as required alongside other team members, including coordinating the written communications to contractors, suppliers and other external parties
- Providing first class administrative and secretarial support, preparing documents and presentation materials for the Founder
- Ensuring electronic and hard copy filing systems are correctly maintained
- Arranging and preparing the Founder for internal and external meetings
- Supporting the team in ensuring resources, marketing materials and other documents are kept up to date
- Providing professional correspondence and communication, both written and verbal

You will gain an in-depth understanding of the running of social enterprise, and its diverse projects acting as in integral part of the team and have direct involvement in the management of a busy office environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role. Be well presented with a keen eye for detail, you must also have a typing speed of 70 wpm.

Please note: This role will not be suited for someone looking for a corporate environment due to the nature of its location and you must be willing to travel.
