Looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for our client based in Dubai Location
• Should be an Russian Speaker
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Take dictation and minutes
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Driving license is must
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Should have similar experience in to the industry
