Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An international logistics and freight forwarding company

Job Description:
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively brings together appropriate people and resources to support in addressing these issues
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEOs schedule runs effectively
• Manage all incoming correspondence (emails, post, telephone calls) and organize them in a systematic way
• Complete a broad range of administrative tasks for the CEO for both business and personal matters
• Communicate to the team and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience as executive secretary or personal assistant to a Senior Executive
• Must have experience working with logistics/freight forwarding companies
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
